Here's How to Bring Back the Old FB Chat, Wanna try?

With this extension you can disable the newly introduced Chat Sidebar and return to the old good normal Facebook Chat.
Enjoy :D

After installation press F5 into all Facebook tabs/windows, or restart Chrome.

To toggle between old-style chat and new-style chat, use the Options menu in the buddy list.

To get videochat, just open a normal chat tab and then click the video icon in the title bar of the conversation. (Let me know if this method works, because I still don't have videochat enabled.)
